Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi chuan is a Chinese martial arts system that promotes health and longevity. Tai Chi Chuan can be amazingly powerful as a means of self-defense and as a form of exercise. It is noted for its soft and slow movement, which enhance one’s balance, focus, coordination and breathing.

These factors are why Tai Chi Chuan is effective for self-defense, and greatly improved health. Tai Chi has been used in China to successfully prevent or cure diseases for hundreds of years. It can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and strengthen the internal organs. As people become more health conscious Tai Chi is becoming increasingly popular.
