We Offer:

  • Low impact aerobic exercises like Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation, Chi Kung to enhance blood circulation, increase flexibility, enhance metabolism, augment the immune system, decrease the damaging impact of stress and anxiety and enhance oxygen metabolism.
  • Utilization of an integrative wellness approach to prevention and education regarding disease that affects multigenerational urban communities.
  • Exercise classes are offered weekdays and weekends.
  • Special presentations can be arranged for your school, church or community organization.
