Youth Health Ambassadors Graduating Class of 2008-2010

These youth range in ages from 5 to 16 years old.  They have completed a two year weekly program which is a component of our “Healthy Youth, Healthy Futures Project” funded by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment – Office of Health Disparities.

Their curriculum consists of learning medical principles, concepts, anatomy, physiology, risk factors and so on, related to cardiovascular, cardiopulmonary, diabetes, and obesity.

They were drilled and tested for information comprehension and retention.

We are proud to say these youth represent our bright shining stars of the future in the field of medical science, health and wellness.
